Merry Christmas Pines...WINNER
A bit of a tricky sketch over at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge...wasn't sure whether I should have layered the pine trees pieces with foam tape...oh well everything is glued down, so not happening...Love the stitched scallop edge from Be Mine Stitched dies. I think my fave is the one on the embossed white layer as the pine trees *pop* more. A collection of vintage Photo Play, MME and Stampin Up pattern papers. A couple Christmas cards to add to the card stash. Card goal = 39 + 2 = 41 cards.
Thanks for dropping by to have a peek. Happy Sunday everyone. :)
EDIT: What a great surprise that my card was chosen as one of the AHSC's Top Three - glad I persevered with the sketch.
Congrats to the other two winners!

Snowmen Tags....*WINNER*
I've had this Snowman stamp in my vintage collection (2005) forever and a day that has never seen the light of day or any ink...so I finally inked the stamp up for the Sunday Stamps challenge..perfect. Practicing my colouring and using up the vintage pattern papers in the coveted stash...Can't decide which set I prefer...the blues (which I made first) of the other reds and pinks with the swirling ribbons that finished the tags. Gasp...haven't used ribbon in awhile..All are unique and one of a kind as unfortunately I get bored with identical multiples. Which ones are your fave? Now I'm at 5 + 178 = 183 / 240 personal goal for the year.
Thanks for dropping by to have a peek.
Happy Tuesday.
EDIT: Heather from the Sunday Stamps design team chose my card as her top cup winner "Sheri had me at "vintage snowmen!" Totally adorable!". THANK YOU so much ~ What a wonderful surprise! Congrats to the other winners. Looking forward to the next Sunday Stamps challenge. :)

Merry ...
Working on my personal card goal...here's my interpretation of Judy's sketch from Freshly Made Sketches. Loved working with the different vintage pattern papers and the traditonal Christmas colours and the non-traditional retro pink and blue vibes.
The retro vibe with the silver snowflakes and the pinks and blues was the first card...and than I finished the three traditional cards with the shadowed red glimmer *merry* and some glimmer stacked snowflakes topped with red gems. Voila 4 more cards and now we're at 164/240 cards.

JOY Snow Globes...
Thought I would give Narelle's sketch from Freshly Made Sketches a try. I flipped the sketch horizontally and used *JOY* as my 3 elements. Stamped, coloured, blended, dusted with dazzling diamonds and fussy cutted the Snowman Globes...Different pattern paper combinations...and wanted to try the non-traditional Christmas shades of blue! Finished the snow globes with some fancy gold threaded bakers twine. Card tally = 147+5 cards = 152 of the 240 challenge..

Merry Christmas Vintage Snowman
Up next, Jen B's sketch from Freshly Made Sketches. Picked up this vintage circa 2000 Snowman stamp set at a local Garage sale and had to ink it up.
Stamped and coloured the snowman with Copics and Blendabilities. Dusted with Dazzling diamonds and stamped tiny snowflakes for the background. Used 3 different pattern papers and used some layered snowflakes on a couple and than the some red glimmer ribbon sashes on one - not sure which is my fave? Which is your fave? So 3 more Christmas cards toward my 2024-240 handmade card Challenge.

Merry Merry Christmas...
Here's my take on Kim's sketch from Freshly Made Sketches...Again, digging into my vintage collection of pattern papers and mixing and matching...Shadowed the red glimmer merry and layered with foam tape the stamped and embossed the sentiment on coloured cardstock.. So it took me way too long to figure out the pattern paper combinations than to make and complete the cards..go figure. Two more Christmas cards for my Christmas stash and my personal 240 card challenge.
