{LOVE YOU} XOX

Had to think about this sketch from Sunday Stamps for abit...and than this idea dawned on me...my take on Heidi's sketch challenge...A great sketch to use up those fidley last pieces of pattern papers... Punched out the center of the "O" with the Classic Label punch.. Played with the placement of the sentiment as I wasn't 100% certain that you could make out the "O" with the sentiment on top.. Not sure this card portrays the sketch; however it was great inspiration. Card goal = 37 + 2 = 39 cards.

Vintage Valentine

Trying out Freshly Made Sketches' latest sketch from Kim...my version of the sketch flipped vertically..sorted out the vintage pattern papers and finished with the cutest scallop border on top.. Layered the bear and the Happy Valentine's Day sentiment with foam tape. Voila! Card goal 34 +1 = 35 cards.

Happy Happy Valentine's Day...

As soon as I saw the Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge...I thought of a window..so with ideas swirling around in my noggin.... this is what I came up...more Valentines' Day cards to add to the stash. Vintage papers to the rescue and some upcycled cellophane packaging..for a mini flat shaker. Mixed and matched vintage pattern papers: Paper Salon, Simple Stories, and MME. Finished the cards with the white embossed sentiment on black cardstock and some shiny red metalic hearts stickers. Entering these cards also into Love Those Pretty Papers Challenge. Card goal = 26 + 4= 30 cards

{LOVE YOU} Bears...

Checked in with the weekly sketch from Judy at Freshly Made Sketches... Love day on the brain and was over at my bestie's and got to stamp with her latest love set. Dug into my treasure trove of vintage pattern papers again. Opted for shaker boxes and voila two cards! Had to take pictures with the cards laying flat as the windows from the shaker boxes were challenging to photo without any glare. Card Goal 2026: 12+2 = 14 cards.
