Guest Designer for Watercooler Wednesday....

Hello there peeps. Another guest designer appearance for the Watercooler Wednesday Challenges. I am excited to be showcasing with the Design Team this week's colour combination challenge from the Design Team Artisan ~ Penny Hanuszak. Penny has chosen the following gorgeous colour combination: Calypso Coral, Island Indigo and Pool Party.

Started with inking the floral image and colouring it with the Calypso Coral and Island Indigo for the leaves. Finished the image by adding some gold sparkle to the centre. Than I diecut the coloured image and layered on a shiny gold scallop circle mat to showcase the Calypso Coral and Island Indigo. Dry embossed the Pool Party layer with the large dots embossing folder and stamped the Dictionary background over the dry embossed layer. Cut and embossed with the Mosaic embossing folder ~ the Island Indigo banner. Assembled all the elements and than sprinkled some pool party sequins for good measure. Voila!

Deets: All Stampin Up

Now make sure to head over to the Watercooler Wednesday blog to check out the fabulous inspiration from the Design Team artisans. Why not give the challenge a try yourself? Look forward to seeing your interpretation with the colours.

Thanks for dropping by and taking the time to leave some blog love.

Smiles,

Sheri :)

Hey congrats on being a Guest Artist at the WWC114 Watercooler Wednesday Challenge. You sure did my colour challenge proud. Oooh-wee! Love that Blooming Rose and the background stamping and large dots. Beautifully done Sheri!

Thanks so much for being our Guest Designer at the Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week, Sheri. Your card really showcases Penny's colours beautifully. Love the two patterns of embossing, especially the one over the DSP. It adds so much texture and makes the main image of the flower stand out beautifully. Of course adding the extra bit of bling just finishes it off nicely. Great card.
