Card Opened to reveal the Pop n' Twist :)
Welcome back everyone to my second week as a Guest Designer for the Watercooler Wednesdays' Challenges. This week is Helen's Masculine "Anything Goes" Challenge. Masculine cards are one of the hardest cards to design as you need to keep bling to a minimal and the put the frilly touches aside. Needing a special birthday card..I decided to try the pop and twist card to up the game! ;) I layered the Happy Birthday Diecut for a shadowed image....Had to add some gold glimmer paper..just because it's a pretty special Birthday..smattering of balloons...and Voila!
Deets: All Stampin Up except for pattern paper inside from my stash.
Please check out the Design Team's inspiration and take a minute or two to leave some blog love. Thanks for dropping by and see you next week.
Smiles,
Sheri :)

Wow! What a special 80th birthday card. Love that you made it into a twist and pop, one ofmy favourite designs. Great masculine feel to the card with the plaid and colour mix. All in all a very special card. Thanks so much for inspiring!
Thank you Penny for dropping by and taking the time to leave some blog love! Masculine cards are tough...but the plaid DSP helps lots and I'm so in love with the Happy Birthday die..so impressed that it cuts crisp & clean. :)
I love your masculine card, Sheri. The background plaid perfectly shows off those sparkly balloons. What a wonderful surprise inside, too, with that large 80 to celebrate his birthday. Love it! Thanks so much for being our Guest Designer for these four weeks.
Thank you Heidi! Love the plaid DSP..a great started for a masculine card. Seeing as it's his 80th...just needed to kick the card up a notch! Really enjoying the Guest Designer stint with the Watercooler Wednesdays Challenge team. :)
Sheri, love the plaid! It's really great having you as a guest designer. Thanks for filling in.
